Mental health is a Vista of overall well-being. It influences people’s mental, emotional, and social interaction. Mental health is very important to every man and woman. Be it a homemaker or a working woman , she alwaysconflicts between work and family in her mind. - To learn how to deal with stress–Stress is an inevitable part of our life. About more than the average, the population suffers from mental stress, from a teenager stressing for good grades to an adult stressing on his work and family responsibilities. having stress effects on physical health and mental health issues. Stress gives rise to many diseases in the body which we can’t even imagine.
To release stress relaxation is the best way. Doing yoga, meditation, stress remedies, exercising, journal writing, playing, involving in some sports or activities, joining laughing club, writing journal or being active with hobbies will definitely help to get rid of stress.
- Consuming a well balanced diet- It has been observed that people’s mood have improved when they have started eating healthy foods. I would suggest to cut off sugary foods from diet chart and also the consumption of alcohol and caffeine must be avoided totally as it causes fatigue and irritation. Foods that are highly rich in vitamins, calcium, iron, Zinc, minerals, fatty acids must be consumed as they help to cope with the depressive symptoms.
- To get enough sleep –According to researchers, if you don’t get enough sleep it also causes stress. Sleep allows our body and to bring to rest and recover from any type of pressure that we face the whole day, sleeping well will also help perform better and it will make you more enthusiastic and also clear your thoughts. An adequate sleep of 7 to 8 hourswill help to maintain your physique well and will also help in a better mental performance bye keeping you away from any type of pressure and sadness.
- Taking care of physical health by regular exercises–One of the best way to keep away stress from new please doing regular exercises like walking, jogging, running , sports, gardening or any other activities that will keep you active by removing stress out of your mind.
- Maintaining a routine –Keeping aschedule or a planner that will plan your whole day out in the morning should be the first thing when you get up from the bed and get Freshen up. Write a physical planner it will help to keep you from the screen time it will also help you to remember the things you need to do throughout the day.
- Limit your interaction with people or things that causes stress –Often people are surrounded with such things or friends or relatives which Does not gives you the right positive vibe causing a lot of stress and negativity that dwell in you. Try to maintain a distance from such people Or things.
- Lessen the screen time- There has been a flourish in the technology advancement and an increase in the screen time for both adults and children over the past few years. With this there has also been an increase in stress common depression and anxiety among people. For limiting Distress try to minimize the screen time whether it is on social media or Face time. to limit the screen time try to save daily limit, It will lower the stress level, improve the sleep habits, and will also help you to make concentration.
- Try to spend a quality time with friends and family –With supportive family and friends you will learn to cope with life’s ups and downs. You will start to feel more cherished and like you be long when you are with your loved ones. Friends and family also provide guidance, advice and other but Perspectiveson whatever that is going in your mind. they will also assist you in being educated, engaged andRooted to deal with matters that are practical.
Above all the tips I have given the most important thing that you can do to yourself to help none other than but you is taking care of self.
