While starting a workout and exercise routine the most important thing that we have to keep in our mind that any activities is always better than none at all. A swift walk is preferable than lying on the couch because even one minute of workout and exercise is going to result in greater weight loss. - Start by checking your health–It is necessary to consult a doctor or a healthcare provider and to get a physical medical examination of your whole body before starting a workout and exercise routine. It will also help your trainer to understand and then advising you that workouts or exercises that youneed.
- Make a plan and set goals –Once I decided to start exercising and working out regularly I made a set of goals and have always tried to stick by it. you can also start with a plan to follow with easy steps then only you can continue to build your fitness level, for example,if you aim to finish a 5 kilometer running then you can start by making a plan that includes shorter runs. Once those short runs are finished, increase the distance until you run a whole 5 kilometer in just one session. Making goals will also keep you motivated in every step.
- Starting out safely – For people who have never exercised before or there has been oh amount of gap since you have attempted any type of physical activity you have to keep in mind some things like warm up, listening to your body, drinking plenty of water. If you are starting doing workout after a long period of time or if you RA beginner then you have to do some warm ups with stretches that will flakes your muscles. I used to do warm ups like leg kicks, stretching arms or arm swings for running I used to warm up by walking. After workout I used to take a break for a few minutes to cool down and to allow my heart rate to return to its resting point, a light walk after the run and some soft stretches after strength exercises are examples. I used to drink a lot of water because your body will perform only when it is properly hydrated. Dehydrated body will be dangerous. When I used to feel any type of pain or discomfort while working out I used to stop it by then if you feel the same way then take a brief rest and again start slowly and gently but don’t try to overpower the pain.
- Find alternatives to the gym – If you do not find the gym convenient or if it is expensive and intimidating for you then you may seek alternatives two bedrooms and cardio equipment. A simple outside running can also make a huge difference by keeping your body healthy. If you are comfortable by running outdoors where you enjoy alone time and also the nature then you should prefer to work out or exercise outside the gym. everybody has their own way to enjoy the physical activities they do. You can also go beyond the standard running, swimming like you can do horseback riding, ballroom dancing or any type of dancing, hiking, gymnastics, martial arts, Zumba and etc. When you don’t feel like going to the gym you can also do some exercises or cardio workouts in your own living room with enjoying music or watching TV, this will make your exercise or workout interesting and enjoyable.
- Make the best possible use of your diet–A healthy diet is very important that adds in your workout chart. You have to be sure to consume a well prepared balanced diet to support your fitness challenge. All of the food groups are required to bear the healthy energetic levels and to get the most out of the workout.For example, carbs are important as they fuel your muscles before as well as afterexercising by replenishing glycogen stores and helping with the absorption of amino acids into muscles during recovery. proteins help improving muscle recovery after exercise as it repairs tissue damages and build the muscle mass Many people think that as you are doing exercises just to release thefats from your body So you are not allowed to consume more fats through your food habits but I wouldadvise that this concept is totally wrong. Regular consumption of healthy fats helps to burn out the existing body fat and to preserve the muscle fuel during workouts and exercise making your energy to last longer.
